Switching banks to Coop is proving a total pain in the arse.
< had to send two documents in the post which got lost, so < went to the nearest branch (which is miles away) and submitted the documents there, they said that < only needed to submit one of them and now a week later they tell < that < needed to submit both. So now < has to send the documents for the third time and pray they don't cock it up again.
