Guilty, recently at least. In the past month or so I’ve watched (or in some cases rewatched) a bunch of movies including The Italian Job, Pulp Fiction, AI, Highlander, Time Bandits and a bunch of Ghibli films to name a few. Prior to this recent spree I’d usually hardly watch movies at all though.

Hargh you beat me to answering so I will do both, wown dare!
Listening to music at (almost) all times?
Guilty, I've got stuff going on in the background all the time :!: I love shaping different, I guess, "atmospheres" that match my mood, like this morning when I went out jogging and put on some really icy noise rock that went perfectly with the cold grey weather. Or whenever I'm out on late night drives I'll usually go for something kind of dark and ambient or dreamy pop music, it goes super nicely with the streetlights and blurry lit up store signs.

Music is easily is my favourite form of escapism and the only thing that can really pull me out of something and empty my brain for a moment, or alternatively it sort of expresses my feelings for me: if I'm having a shitty day or feeling bitter about something then music that captures the same anxiety that I'm feeling is strangely comforting and understanding, more so than talking to someone and having them pity me. Ok, I'm done finding excuses to post music now.
Never does homework?
Guilty, when I was in school I rarely did my work and usually just took the bad grades or ended up half-assing it in the morning. Which makes slightly worried for community college because I don't give a flying fuck about any of the classes and I don't have the patience to sit out another required stage before I can start working on the stuff I'm actually excited and passionate about.

Guilty: He used to fuck with my hair and throw cheap hits and, well, call me name-names until I finally punched him in the stomach during class and hurled him over a table (teacher acted like nothing happened). Short asshole. I guess when I hit my growth spurt half way through age 14 he didn't take the hint, and I could effortlessly pin him when he wanted to fight, every time, from there on out.

I also never did my homework unless it was something I was interested in like English or Science or a project for a class that seemed cool. I got like 97% in classes I cared about and like, 30-50% in classes I didn't.

and I never completed more than half of grade 11, so lol. I just skipped entire days and went to the library to make shitloads of music on my laptop (that would've been rotd soundtracks 18 - 24)

A bully is one of the things that I can't stand.
I am really glad that there is some spine showing. :hehe:

Sadly guilty. I had a love for insect life But still I was a big jerk to them. I used to just sprinkle drops of water onto the ants from my bottle When I was bored.

There was that one time we tried giving water to a bee, sadly, I think we gave too much. Other than that, no, I think I'm innocent.
Ambidextroid wrote:Listening to music at (almost) all times?
Guilty, though if the music stops while I'm in a state of concentration, I tend to keep it off until I'm a little less occupied.
Aaron wrote:Never does homework?
In my younger years, guilty without doubt. I had that habit kicked out of me in High School after the many threats of detention. Though since homework isn't as mandatory in uni, I tend to be more relaxed in doing it now.
Keane wrote:Ever stood up to a bully?
Innocent, though god knows I should have done on many occasions, though given my temperament and psyche, it'd be more sperging out than actual standing up.
R4Y_ANC3L wrote:Do you have a stamp collection?
Innocent, that was a bit old-hat in my youth, Yu-Gi-Oh was the big collectible thing in those days.

He ye, I used to trap bees and wasps and slowly cut off their limbs one by one, then poke their bodies until their white ooze squirted out and saw them in half etc.

I would never do that now though, in the same way I no longer browse liveleak or bestgore. Empathy too powerful.

@stamps:
Innocent. Mostly innocent. In elementary school we all did a stamp collecting thing and I kind of got into it on my own time, but then stamps disappeared altogether. I've forgotten their puspose and how they even function. Wtf is wrong with just throwing something in the mail with an end address? Stamps are the most weirdly cryptic thing to me.

@music:
At work I usually have ambience or soundscapes playing, and in the car I'll usually play through albums, often new ones I've been meaning to get around to - that's my "real" music time. Home is kinda the same as work, but in most cases there if I'm really in a music I'll just sing/play some piano/guitar or record/produce something.

Master wrote:Have internalised passive-aggression?
very innocent, except with family where there's a fucking lot of it that doesn't exist even a little bit with anyone else. I generally take things as they are now and on the rare occssion I'm actually offended by something, I'll usually put it in the category of totally menial problems I'll forget about in no time, or if the time and place are right, I'll be outwardly aggressive about it. That's pretty infrequent though.

Innocent.

Ever stolen a slice of cake when no one's home? (except maybe your brother or sister but he's inside his room)

nope, i can't say i've ever stolen a slice of cake lol

oh does it? I got caught in a blizzard while skiing back when I was 10, fell and soaked my gloves, and when I finally reached the bottom of the mountain they were dark red and in pain for a week afterwards, but no irreversible damage. Near-frostbite then I guess.

Guilty. Definitely guilty. I use to stay in the shower for a long time (although not for 6 hours) because that way I can enjoy the nice feeling of warm water.

Guilty. It was only for a couple of seconds after the tea went cold. I like shortcuts but not all the time, sometimes shortcuts are not so short.

Oh so very guilty. I still doodle on my lecture notes now. I usually measure how bored I get in a lecture by the amount of doodles I've made.

Guilty, I used to crack a lot of software but I haven’t in a long time since. From those days I do remember some programs I’d be searching for all day and never find a working crack, on one hand frustrating but on the other a little nostalgic. I still look up cracktro music now and again for a little nostalgia trip :)
Keane wrote:Ever stood up to a bully?
Not sure if this is uncommon or just not talked about much but I never had bullies, nor have I ever seen someone being bullied. I'm sure I had a bunch of traits that your classic bully could have picked on like my long hair, but it never seemed to happen in real life. I've only seen bullying in movies and the news and such.

The closest I've seen is when one of the older kids in my school was fooling around with our friend group and made a somewhat dodgy racist comment about one of us. When I pointed it out he got in a mood with me because I wouldn't apologise, I think things took a bit of a physical turn but nothing you'd call a fight. I think he eventually realised how silly he was being and left...

Which brings up my question, ever been in a fight?

Mega guilty, like stated earlier, right off the bat from grade 1. While I could put up really well against people my own year, later on I also acquainted myself with too many older kids who've kicked the shit out of me. The feeling of lying there half-conscious for a few hours is something to remember.
