Would you pay more taxes if it meant receiving a pension when you retire?

Yes, the state should guarantee a pension for its citizens.

Yes, but a mixed model would be more efficient (50% state + 50% private pension plan, for example).

No, the state does not have to manage my money; I prefer to have it myself and opt, for example, for a private pension plan.

Nothing big springs to mind, but after recently beating Rayman 2 again, I was curious about whether folks went for the Blue Sphere or Yellow Sphere first in the Cave of Bad Dreams.

Who says I can't handle both? :mefiant:

To be serious, I actually don't have any good ideas for this thread. I'll keep giving my two cents on your polls (most of the time).

How about driving? I've read in the past that young folks don't feel as obliged in learning to drive. Perhaps given how we've got both learned drivers and people who may be on the cusp of being able to learn, we might be able to devise a poll on the matter.

Bump.

Well, given how we've not had much in the way of suggestions, I've gone and tried to extrapolate something from my earlier suggestion.

Unless it's for driving to work, I think it's fun. It pollutes a lot, obviously, but you can't beat freedom.

I can't have a license due to my eyesight issues, and I don't think it's very enjoyable here anyway, see all the dashcam footage online and traffic jams in Moscow.

I've been driving for almost two years now. Mostly in town, but a few times I've driven out of town. I would have my full license by now, but the cost to add me to the insurance is too high.

I do enjoy driving sometimes, but other times I'm like eh.

I had the pleasure of driving on the motorway for the first time a few weeks back, it's a weird but somewhat pleasant experience. In fairness, it's not like it was rush hour, so it was pretty calm, but it's a far nicer experience than having to drive in town.

First time I drove on the motorway was last September. I remember straining my poor little car to see if it could do 120 km/h. I soon realized that sticking with 100 km/h would be better for my petrol. :P

Looks like there's an overall positive attitude to driving. I'll save the results and add them to the OP.

Ugh, this poll reminds me the time I took my father's car key and tried to drive it. This turned out really bad! There was a person walking a dog on the sidewalk in front of my garage. Too bad for it, I didn't notice it was here until I started to drive the car! I can still hear it barking from pain... The dog was under the wheel of the car! My father coming back from the local food store dropped his bags when seeing this, no he didn't give a damn about the dog, but the car had tinted glasses so he actually thought someone was stealing his car! He started to run really fast in direction of the car, opened the door of the driver's seat and got really surprised it was me who was behind it all. This got him so mad he took me out of the car violently and then took me to the garage and beat the shit out of me with a set of jumper cables.

Suggestion: favorite ice cream flavor?

Too many options to list is the only downside of this poll.

No because being bicurious is for half-gays and I am neither of those things.

Well, I guess I am, although does it count if you've never actually been with anyone of either sex? Either way, I'd almost surely never act on it.
