On the medical side of things, if there's enhancements to rid me of my allergies, I'd be game. Other than that, I wouldn't mind indulging in some extra augmentation, but not in excess to the point where I feel I'm losing my sense of self.

I voted for medical reasons. Not because I think there's anything wrong with having a body mod, just that I imagine it would be bloody expensive and I can't think of anything that would be worth the cost.

I vaguely recall discussing this previously, and this might be a bit similar to the previous implants question, but I'll bite.

"Are current wearable technologies (such as Smartwatches, Smartglasses etc.) simply novelty items, or do you think they can serve a legitimate purpose?"

Interesting, though maybe it could offer more choice for answers by rewording it to something like “How useful are current wearable technologies (Smartwatches/Smartglasses etc.)?”
With options such as “Necessary”, “Fairly practical”, “Occasionaly useful”, “Novelty only” etc.
