Like < said, < would have been allowed to use SymPy or Maple too, but < preferred the effort of doing the calculus by hand to the effort of looking up the docs and presenting the code.
< really needs to play them again. < hasn't touched a Valve game since < found out they killed SPUF. Still, holding grudges isn't <'s style. Maybe when Black Mesa comes out < will deign to fire up Steam again!
The last time < played Portal was last year, < played both games in a row but < started late so by the time < had finished it was 6 in the morning on a school day

Oh yes, do! <'s played through it twice so far and < could play it twice more. It's the most graphically impressive Source game to date and has so much love and detail put into it. The sound design and new score is wonderful too.
< has also played through it twice but doesn't want to do it again until the last chapters come out (which of course was supposed to happen in December but...).
< has been considering getting InfiniBand QSFP adapters for the servers, though what < would really love to do is go 10GB for the internal networking (obviously higher speeds being allowed from server to server.). So much fun stuff, but a full 10GB network switch will be too pricey right now.
