Re: Crash Bandicoot
I think it's the same case in Warped, though I can't confirm that. Haven't played it recently.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
My problem exactly. So long since I played it that I literally can't remember. I'll have to fix that by getting the game again and getting the second one too. I'd rather play the originals since they made the N-sane trilogy much harder.Ray502 wrote:I think it's the same case in Warped, though I can't confirm that. Haven't played it recently.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
N. Sane Trilogy is no doubt harder, but once you get used to the jumping mechanics, it does become easier.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
I have the N-sane trilogy on PS4 but I think it'd be cool to have on switch if it's not too expensive. Then again it might be better to have on PC.
I'll get around to playing it eventually. I just have so many good games

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Probably right about that, since I'm sure there will be mods made to the game.Steo wrote:Then again it might be better to have on PC.
EDIT: If I have the money, I might get the PC version myself, if there are any mods made that interest me.

Probably the best decision to have it on PC yeah. Mods would be cool tooRay502 wrote:Probably right about that, since I'm sure there will be mods made to the game.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
There's a lot of modding potential to the N. Sane Trilogy, for example, It would be interesting to see levels from the post PS1 Crash games.
However, I'm not sure how lenient Activision is to people modding their games.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Ah, my favorite Crash titles would definitely by the first 3. I've played through all of them and beat them 2 years ago. I've played Wrath of Cortex but haven't finished that yet. It's funny how Crash's and Spyro's fates are so similar. First few games are GREAT, the next ones are not so great (after first ones). and so far ultimately doomed to nothingness. (well theres the Crash N.Sanity trilogy but.... (forgot name))
Re: Crash Bandicoot
The first 3 PS1 versions were definitely the best. Obviously not Graphically but for game play and nostalgia.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Yes. Without a doubt. I liked Crash 2 the best actually, some of my favorite characters were introduced there, namely Coco and Polar (SO cute).
Re: Crash Bandicoot
2 was the first one I ever played in my cousins. I then wanted it for Christmas but I was given 3 instead. Still absolutely loved it. Great childhood memories with it.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Warped was awesome too, because I got to play as Coco at times instead of Crash ( I love you Crash, but sometimes I need a break from all the Taz-like craziness). I just wish that some of the levels she appeared in were more like Crash's in that game (like she had in WOC..I think im wrong on that count). Could still be wrong, i haven't played in awhile.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
I think in warped she was on the little running tiger.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Oh yeah Pura right? I liked the theme of the stages she appeared in though, and I liked the whole theme of world stages (medieval, prehistoric, etc.)
Re: Crash Bandicoot
Yeah it's actually a really good game. I'm definitely going to get Warped again and get Cortex Strikes Back. I have N-Sane trilogy but I want the older ones.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
I have almost all the modern Crash games except the Titans ones (where they are given redesigns, omg the masks look AWFUL), need to get the older ones too.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
I tried to play them before and they're just not good
