Guilty several times and I always get puzzled as to how I didn't know.

Ever accidentally ruin something by using the wrong ingredient accidentally (mixing up salt with sugar etc)?

Guilty. Happened me about 7 times in South Park The Stick Of Truth.

Guilty, and I wish I wasn't (though maybe not to the extent of 100+ times). I've ruined a good 10 or so songs from listening to them too many times...

Guilty. My most notorious one is burgers. After that strange 5th grade incident, I just don't see them the way I used to.
