Had a late breakfast today. This time I ate Frosted Flakes.

Earlier was fish tofu! Gonna have an omelet in a few minutes.

1 hour after eating and I am now having a protein shake and saving some sandwiches with peanut butter and vanilla yogurt for tonight.
