< wasn't conned but for some strange reason the item didn't arrive today even though it's out for delivery. It hasn't happened < before with An Post but has with other couriers. It will likely arrive tomorrow instead but it's just odd how the status never updated meaning it's probably just left in the back of a post van.

< went on our community forum called boards and asked about it, apparently a moderator says it's happened them fairly recently too and it should just arrive tomorrow instead. No sign of <'s other package in Ireland yet but < will stop boring everyone with the details now as I'm sure everyone's fed up hearing about how slow An Post are lately
