Re: Rayman himself
Well, Wild isn't a Ubisoft project. But yes, Michel wants to finish BGE2 and Wild, and then maybe he'll work on Rayman's "fourth adventure".

Don't say "maybe". That might jinx itPluMGMK wrote:Well, Wild isn't a Ubisoft project. But yes, Michel wants to finish BGE2 and Wild, and then maybe he'll work on Rayman's "fourth adventure".
Re: Rayman himself
We know there will but it's when?
You know what they say, when there's a will, there's a when

Re: Rayman himself
I'm happy that Rayman Adventures is at least still keeping the character alive, it tells me that Ubisoft do care somewhat about Rayman's relevance.
However, I do want the series to move into a new artistic direction at this point, so I would root for a new 3D game more then anything UbiArt related.

Re: Rayman himself
Always loved how artistic the 2D games were. Just look how good Rayman 1 actually looks for how old it is. It's unbelievable.

Re: Rayman himself
I would just like a new Rayman game, but I would favor a 3D version/2D artwork of the original over UbiArt related game, though I like those too.
Re: Rayman himself
A open-world game in 3D would be great. I mean, the Rayman universe as a lot of potential for game like that.
Re: Rayman himself
I guess the orignal artwork at a really high resolution instead of 240p would look amazing but I honestly love the ubiart ones imo. They're much faster paced games than the original but that's the way all newer games or remakes are.

Re: Rayman himself
I think that would be interesting to see. Rayman Revolution did a great job with that. Would be curious if they made another game like that.Birds858 wrote:A open-world game in 3D would be great. I mean, the Rayman universe as a lot of potential for game like that.
Re: Rayman himself
Rayman Revolution was not really a open-world game. It’s was just Rayman 2 with three new hubs. The main part of the game is still linear. The Jonster wrote:I think that would be interesting to see. Re: Rayman himself
I think it would be fun to see an open world game because it'd be something different. Of course there'd have to be some much work out into it and then fixing glitches etc.
None if this 3 second throttle copter nonsense.

Oh yes none of that please! Don’t need more useless graphic design errors!!Steo wrote:I think it would be fun to see an open world game because it'd be something different. Of course there'd have to be some much work out into it and then fixing glitches etc.

Re: Rayman himself
I found a commercial of RRR TV PARTY using a unused design of the Frog-Rabbids.

Re: Rayman himself
I don’t think I’ve seen this particular commercial...
Re: Rayman himself
I was thinking something out While I ate breakfast.
Is the machine from Rayman 2(The one that is supposed to be destroyed to free Ly) actually is the Horrible Machine from Rayman 3?
Did it come Back as something better to be a lot suitable for a "boss"?

Re: Rayman himself
I don’t think that is the same machine since both are different and don’t have the same function. But who knows, maybe the Hoodlums reuses machine from robo-pirates (for example : the texture of Céloche's 'eyes', the 'face' on its turret and the 'eyes' on the metal fisuse are identical to the portholes found in Robo-Pirate strongholds)
Re: Rayman himself
I think they just recycle some of the ideas, like was it Rayman 2 that they reused Robo-Henchman 800's arm on Top Of The World for the gun? I think you actually said that when I first joined here R4Y if I remember right.
Re: Rayman himself
Yeah I did in fact posted about it. I looked really closely at it When replaying that particular level for fun.Steo wrote:I think they just recycle some of the ideas, like was it Rayman 2 that they reused Robo-Henchman 800's arm on Top Of The World for the gun?
