Re: The You Game!
Well, if ^^ was using 98, then ^^ would have had to use IE6 since IE7 was XP-and-over-only.
< remembers that "friends don't let friends use IE6" campaign that Microsoft had earlier in the decade.

Oh well < refers to XP that < used IE7 on. < did have Windows 98 for a bit using a Belkin adapter for Wi-Fi though back in the day. Winamp though really brings back memories too. < still remembers ripping all of <'s CD's though on WMP thinking it was great
< also remembers how addicted to Solitaire and MS paint < was when < had the Win98 PC and no internet

Well, it looks like that's it for the Nintendo WFC Shutdown 4th Anniversary Stream.
Someone else is now hosting something with content for Mature Audiences only.
Of course, that didn't interest < so < headed out of there with the others.
Mario Kart Wii 250 GP awaits.................
< can't wait..

Re: The You Game!
< is glad that ^ had fun watching. Unfortunately < had to take care of things so < had to go earlier, but < has kept a tab on their channels so < can watch what they're doing next time and keep up to date.
250GP??
< finds that interesting. A high speed race sounds like it would be fun!

Re: The You Game!
< says that it is not a speed race per say.
< says it is more of an endurance test.
Imagine having to do 250 races without stopping.
That's what 250 GP is all about.
MrBean35000vr made a mod for the Grand Prix. Instead of four races. He increased it up to 250 races. The people who join the race group are supposed to be in it until the end. Whoever doesn't move in a race for about 10 seconds gets kicked out of the race group and can't come back. But there are problems where people have slow internet and ends up disconnecting because of the net.
MrBean35000vr did this event last year and won the whole thing.. Let's see if that will be the case this year.
< tells Jonster to keep checking for the date.

Oh 250 was the amount of races, not the engine classR4Y_ANC3L wrote:< says that it is not a speed race per say.

< bad.
Ok, < will check back regularly.
< wonders how everybody else is doing. < knows there are some people who are done with school, and others who aren't.
Re: The You Game!
< says that is basically playing Mario Kart Wii for 17 hours or more in order to win that competition.Steo wrote:250 without stopping? < says now there's real dedication
Re: The You Game!
< used to play MKDD for hours non stop but even then < has never played it for that long in a row, especially without stopping whatsoever.R4Y_ANC3L wrote:< says that is basically playing Mario Kart Wii for 17 hours or more in order to win that competition.

Re: The You Game!
< could totally try that! But so far, < has only managed 14 hours without stopping. Thank goodness for practicing so much on VS mode with constant 32 race matches with CPUs.R4Y_ANC3L wrote:< says that is basically playing Mario Kart Wii for 17 hours or more in order to win that competition.Steo wrote:250 without stopping? < says now there's real dedication
Same for <. < could play up to 11 hours on DD.Steo wrote:< used to play MKDD for hours non stop but even then < has never played it for that long in a row, especially without stopping whatsoever.R4Y_ANC3L wrote:< says that is basically playing Mario Kart Wii for 17 hours or more in order to win that competition.
Re: The You Game!
< can remember that There was an incident when a player ended being kicked out of the race group because he took to long to get back in time from a break in the bathroom TO EVEN MOVE FROM THE START LINE at the beginning of the race.
< says that there should be a strategy guide for the toilet.

< thinks there are several strategies for that:R4Y_ANC3L wrote:< can remember that There was an incident when a player ended being kicked out of the race group because he took to long to get back in time from a break in the bathroom TO EVEN MOVE FROM THE START LINE at the beginning of the race.
< says that there should be a strategy guide for the toilet.
1. Don't drink any large amount of liquids.
2. Play near a bathroom.
3. Have your Wiimote on you at ALL times. Even if you have to go somewhere in your home, at least they know you're there, and there are like 250 races so you could catch up even if you lose this one.
4. Plan to dedicate the whole day to this, no going out anywhere. But most people should expect that.
Re: The You Game!
What amused < is that in the Live Stream today is a racer(named King a.k.a CaptainToad) who had a character mod of Lucario replacing Bowser Jr.'s model and played as him on a bike.
