Lockjaw of course, because it's blue and arguably one of the most useful powers in the game! Though the vortex is my second favorite due to the fact that tornados and the color scheme is cool

Rayman 2, since it's my favourite game in the series, though I like Rayman 3 too. And I gotta admit, TLotLD is a pretty fun level.
