Oh yes, that's right, smoothies! I usually add just fruit, a few vegetables, and yogurt. I don't add honey unless necessary.

Smoothies are actually a really good idea and some are healthy depending on what you use in them. They can be healthy and taste good too

Which is why I've started eating them more often these days. Always hvae at least 1-2 so I can get my daily intake of fruits and vegetables

Anyone ever had Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffins? Those were the stuff back in my elementary school days. Had them for breakfast every day they were there.
