The race times aren't that important for the actual game, doing a race is lemons, but collecting Popolopoi is...well....hard.

Rayman Arena - PC, PlayStation2, GameCube, Xbox
Rayman Rush - PlayStation

Out of those, I have Rayman Arena on PC and Xbox. Can't remember any times off-hand.
