Have any of you played The World Ends With You?
It's about a teenage boy called Neku Sakuraba who wakes up in the scramble crossing in Shibuya and finds out that he died and he along with other people are forced to work together and complete missions for a week in order to get a chance to come back to life.
It uses both of the DS screens (You control Neku with the stylus on the bottom screen and control your partner with the buttons on the top screen and you have to get combos of cards to do a fusion attack which does a large amount of damage to the enemy.
