walking, I walk a total of 3 kilometers to study, sometimes it is 6 kilometers round trip, it has given me many attributes such as resistance, burn fat and enough strength in my legs.

Ice skates, I've never played hockey since where I live I do not practice such a sport, but yes, it's one of the most violent and fucking sports in the world, just watch Russian hockey games and you'll know what I'm talking about.
