Yeah, < says that those are the correct directions to the option.

In that case < thinks ranks won't matter since < won't see them. < is literally only leaving text, everything else is getting turned off.

< prefers to keep external images and smilies though, there aren't many of the former and the latter load pretty fast.

Yeah, same here. < didn't actually disable almost everything. The computer can't be that slow at loading things up.
