This looked like a neat idea back then, and if it's still around I'd like to check it out sometime!

I'm wondering if Jonster even knew what IRC was when he replied to this, there's a high likelihood that he didn't.

IRC itself still exists, but I don't get what's "too bad" about the RPC IRC being gone, considering the forum is right here

Well some people are using discord, that's what i was joined before. then i made my server (If you see my signature the button discord).
My Server is only talk about aikatsu. and of course we do have rayman channel (in games category).

Yeah, Discord is quite popular now and I doubt we'll be seeing much of IRC from now on.
