It's ok though as much as I am now 31 years old I still like my sugary soft fruit drinks. Lucozade being one of them.

Well you get the fizzy ones but there are the still ones. Mainly go for orange. Just that it's meant to perk you up after a workout better than water I suppose.

My top 3 drinks would be tea, water and fresh orange juice. Nothing really comes close to tea for me though.

Tea it literally all I drink most days.

I love my fruity drinks also. Can't name any off my head aside from Hawaiian Punch for some reason...

I'm starting to be slow again. Literally though I should be drinking water since I get Reflux but I don't do it.
