The DREAMCAST version is the intro in the normal R2 soundtrack.
The PC/PS2 version is that R2 Extra track.
The N64 version is... in the N64 R2 soundtrack. XD
And finally, the PS1 version, well... the speech isn't in the intro there.

What do you want, actually? Ly's gibberish voice, Ly's PS1 voice, the Dreamcast voice or no voice at all?
