Good shooters...

Post by foultzboyz »

I'm currently looking for some good shooter games. Preferably first-person, though third-person will do also. Any for:

PSOne/PlayStation
PlayStation2
GameCube
Xbox
PC (Not requiring high PC specs)

and if it's good, GameBoy Advance.

Any ideas?

Panza Commander. Another old game, but it really rocked in its day.

I'd say Perfect Dark for the N64 along with Turok, but you didn't name N64, so...

If you can, find Undying for PC. It's a great shooter too, and it's really old, so if you can even find it at all, it'll be really cheap. Plus the specs won't really matter. I don't know if there are any Windows XP glitches though... Those arise up sometimes with games meant for 95 and 98. (Rayman 2 is a good example of this.)

For PC, I'd also recommend Battlefield Vietnam. Great multiplayer and single player. =) Battlefield 2 isn't bad either... but I don't own that one... so I don't feel I'm fit to recommend it. XD

Well, I don't have Undying anymore either... But... meh... XD

Well I think it might be easier to give you ideas if we knew what you got.

I have very few like Rainbow Six 3, a couple 007's, SPLAT Magazine Renegade Paintball, and Extreme Paintbrawl 2 in the FPS genre. In third person shooters, Driver: Parallel Lines, Neo Contra, et cetera. There are several more in both TPS and FPS I didn't name, though there some.

I did want Unreal Tournament 2004, though the specs are too high for me, and the amount of data it has to install would almost completely fill the hard drive (It's that small) on my laptop, the computer in the house with the highest specs...I have seen Doom on GBA, too, and will look up Undying again.

Doom: 79.7
Doom II: 76.5

Turok: Evolution: 71.0

Hmm, slightly higher. Anything else to recommend?

Does it really? I don't have Xbox Live or any online, so it isn't worth it in your opinion?
