Well, if it is a RZ avatar, then it was made by Paragnon and not by me, but he offered to PC every avatar he had created for RZ.

Well it just tells me Ubisoft is lazier then we have known... That or they was holding some contest for the avatars.

No They are no way good enough for it, especially since they don't have transparency.
