HTML talk

Post by neo »

So, Here we can't go off-topic. Anyways, Javascript pisses me off, because of all the formulas and stuff.

I really like JavaScript, even if it is not that easy. I think all of you should learn xHTML and show us what you can do :D

It means that its like advanced, but just some tags are different, like when you use this tag:

<input type="text" Name="name" id="name">
</input>

You normally DON'T close it, but you do in Xhtml. :P

You should learn xHTML, even if IE has problems with it.

Yeah, I posted about this in another topic. ^__^

IE is the ONLY modern browser that doesn't fully support CSS2. Apple Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Netscape all do.

IE also has GLITCHES! =D

These are pure CSS flyout menus. They validate by W3C standard and work in every modern browser EXCEPT for IE.

Makes me wonder about IE7. Whether it will or will not work right with the W3C standards.

So far, it actually recognises the fly out menus and the other CSS2 tags that I use most often.

Its security will probably still not surpass Firefox though, just because IE is freaking PART OF YOUR SYSTEM FILE MANAGER... Well... It IS your FREAKING SYSTEM FILE MANAGER. Well... Actually, any browser other than IE about has the security close or equal to Firefox. I support any browser that's just NOT IE and NOT part of your file manager. :?

Unfortunately, I sometimes have to use IE in order to view dumb websites that use its standards.
