Re: The You Game!
< says hi ^
< thinks roms/iso's are hard to come by these days with Nintendo filing lawsuits against the sites for hosting them. It still doesn't make them impossible to find, just really difficult.
<'s computer is acting up again. < wanted to use the 4k TV and play Rayman Legends for a while, but for some reason the computers refresh rate is being limited to 4k 30Hz and 4k 60Hz won't work. < has to reinstall Windows, yet again!

< welcomes ^ and congratulates^ on getting MKWii to work on Dolphin!
Tonight < has to return home to <‘s house from <‘s cousin’s house so < can help <‘s sister with the chores tomorrow. Or at least try to, just cuz <‘s parents are vacationing doesn’t mean < can’t just lazy around all day.

Re: The You Game!
< wonders why computers can't just work properly without trying to throw so much trouble at <. <'s computer has been acting very odd for the last while meaning < couldn't even use SLI or else the TV wouldn't show up anymore as a screen to use.
< tried to reinstall Windows, but even that decided to fail, so < literally disabled the SATA controller, meaning that the only enabled storage devices are the USB Windows installation media and the NVMe SSD it's getting installed to. After doing so, Windows has successfully installed.
Now < wonders what the hell is wrong with whatever other SSD/HDD in the computer, that it was literally making the Windows installation fail despite < trying to install it on the NVME SSD.
Computers are weird sometimes.

Re: The You Game!
< never got the calls from either of the two people who said they would call < back this week. Hmm, next week maybe? < could really use the boost in <'s morale in job searching
Maybe < will check again after some rest, so nite RPC.

Also < is trying to cut back on tea for <'s stomach troubles and now < has a headache from lack of caffeine instead

Re: The You Game!
< wishes ^ a good morning. < always finds it weird when people are awake while < is going to bed soon. Darn timezones.
Re: The You Game!
That's just <'s terrible sleep pattern. Good morning and night ^^
Re: The You Game!
< is patting <'s self on the Back for that accomplishment. It Didn't take too much time. < has never played Mario Kart Wii before but it should be a fun experience Since < Loves the game more than ever. The Jonster wrote: Sat Oct 06, 2018 3:02 am < welcomes ^ and congratulates^ on getting MKWii to work on Dolphin!
< Thinks Some certain things need to be done Since the audio and sound are so distorted so whenever music plays, it sounds very fracked up and it sound creepy as well. It makes < think that this isn't the Mario Kart Wii that < Remember with the music sounding like a horror movie.
It is better than nothing, though. < just needs to configure the controls right for the sake of <'s comfort. But other than that, it is very awesome to find Mario Kart Wii right in one spot.
MKWii for life.
Re: The You Game!
< thinks it's cool that ^ got it to work, < was just focused on getting <'s computer to work again last night.
< still has a mild headache from caffeine withdrawal (assumably), that just shows how much tea < actually drinks

< has both MKWii both for real and on an emulator, though < hasn't picked it up on emulator yet. < will test it out eventually to see if there are any differences on <'s computer and the Wii, since < knows every computer is different. MKDD and MKWii ftw in my case!

Re: The You Game!
If ^'s having issues < would recommend the Ishiiruka version which is supposed to have better compatibility, and checking the Dolphin wiki page for the best settings should help.R4Y_ANC3L wrote: Sat Oct 06, 2018 12:41 pm< Thinks Some certain things need to be done Since the audio and sound are so distorted so whenever music plays, it sounds very fracked up and it sound creepy as well. Re: The You Game!
< remembers using Dolphin to play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door a year or so back. < had slowdowns in certain scenes despite having a computer that isn't exactly weak. Then again < was using the HD textures
Re: The You Game!
< came Back from playing Mario Kart Wii.
< was busy unlocking things. < has completed the 100cc class.
< has enjoyed the game in general. < believes that < is having a Good run, a lot of the races were awesome and there were a few races that were just disastrous.

Re: The You Game!
< always loved playing VS in that game against computers, it gives < lots of practice in the courses.
<‘s favorites (aside from Rainbow Road) include Maple Treeway, Moonview Highway, and Grumble Volcano.

Re: The You Game!
< remembers playing MK8 a few times on switch, but then < would get ripped off and lose then just turn the game off
< never used to do that in the older games and < would just attempt the race again.

<'s favourite tracks are: N64 Bowser's Castle, Moonview Highway and Grumble Volcano.(Mostly because of the music.)The Jonster wrote: Sun Oct 07, 2018 3:03 am<‘s favorites (aside from Rainbow Road) include Maple Treeway, Moonview Highway, and Grumble Volcano.
< sees how infuriating the game can be. < can't see <'s self doing 250 races. Goddamnit!!
< could pull that off only if < has enough energy..

Re: The You Game!
< used to have that much energy, then < could pull it off. But yeah 250 races at once must be hard. The most that < has ever done in 1 day is....96?
Ooh this is making < want to play MKWii on <‘s Wii now!
But maybe after < gets a little more sleep.

Re: The You Game!
< sees that ^ was awake for longer than < and then also up way before < too. < wonders why someone would punish themselves with such little sleep
< did wake up earlier and post in one thread, but then went back asleep without bothering to read any more of them
