I found that the most obscure Rayman cross over made and published by Ubisoft would be Academy of Champions: Soccer due to the fact it's the least discussed Rayman crossover on the forums and that it has less views then other Rayman Crossovers on Youtube which I won't state them because if i'm wrong it might give away the answer.

Not really, in fact, Academy of Champions: Soccer is not really a full crossover game since only Rayman and a Rabbid appear as a playable characters and Academy of Champions feature other characters from other games. The game that I search is a crossover between Rayman and a obscure Ubisoft game only.
