< got that monitor a few hours ago and after testing everything, < is happy enough with it. The only downside is it's a TFT while <'s other monitor was VA, so the contrast and black levels aren't as good.

The good news is that it's 240Hz, ULMB and the OSSC works really well with it. It also only has ~5ms input lag which feels instant, it works pretty well for those retro consoles.

< won a trophy for doing well in both <'s past exams and subjects! Nothing else really..

But < thinks the real prizes are visiting <'s original school today to see friends from the past and the family dinner that < is going to now.

< thinks the trophy would take ^ on a nostalgic trip in the future, just like those student of the month rewards that < got.

At least ^ gets to have a good time and hang out with those people again.

< is seriously considering playing Burnout 3 right now just because Aaron seemed to enjoy it so much and < has always liked Burnout & Need For Speed games.

< wonders who else in RPC has a great knowledge about Sengoku Period.
< is thinking about making a discussion topic on that for us to express each other's views on it.

In case anyone doesn't know what it is, it is a Japanese history dealing with military conflict, social upheaval and political struggles with Samurais and such.

Sanada-Maru, Oda Nobunaga, Tokugawa Ieyasu, in case that doesn't ring a bell to anyone.
There are games by Koei that even brings it to life. (< plays them as well).

< doesn't know anything about Sengoku, though < does know a bit about the Three Kingdoms period having played some of the Koei Dynasty Warriors games. < tried reading The Romance of the Three Kingdoms once but didn't get much further than the first couple of chapters

< has had an absolute rollercoaster of a week.

< feels like <'s actually been on a rollercoaster all week in terms of being nauseated.

< has to pay <'s phone bill again. Only 4 months to go after this bill and then < is on prepay again.

< is currently watching some anime while studying some SQL & Java terminology to prepare for <'s moment when < begins <'s digital interview tomorrow.

< is currently doing something for RMTI, and while it's similar to something < has done before, < thinks it will work.

< is currently watching videos of how food (so far pasta, ice cream, and bread) is being made. < finds it very fascinating.

< has to try sort out this sleep pattern. Sleeping until 4pm with Christmas around the corner really is a bit nuts.
