I recently acquired an elliptical bike and I have to say 20 minutes of it a day while watching a sitcom episode is precisely the best thing ever to stay fit. I lost 6kg in two weeks doing just that. Plus, there was muscle build hidden inside this loss.
With that, I am now around 75 kgs. I kinda ballooned at 81 during holidays because in my family we eat a lot and my ankle was in a cast so I couldn't outrun the fat.

I lost a lot of weight due to acid reflux making me feel so sick. I was about 11 Stone in 2016 and now I'm probably around 9 and a half stone if even still.

12-13 stone last time I checked. Used to weigh a lot more as a chubby teenager but even since then I've become rather skinny. Whether that's to do with my change in diet or something else, I will probably never know.

I just stood on the weighing scale and realised that it scales better than the PlayStation Classic!

I just checked and I'm currently around 91/2 stone. Roughly 133lbs or 60kg. Yeah, I'm pretty thin.

I think that's the best way to describe my weight, chubby. But I've started working out and I'm being more careful about what I'm eating so I'm starting to get there!

I'm currently just below 74kg. I have less and less time to go to football practice so it's bound to drop the muscle mass during the holidays (and also the fat since Christmas food and shit) but I'll restabilize again in January.

It turns out I put on half a stone again, so I'm now 10 stone (63.5kg / 140lbs). I don't know whether it's the drink or just from eating more alone, but I'd prefer to put on a few pound anyway considering I'm so thin.

Well this rapid weight loss diet I tried is pretty efficient, I lost 4 kg in a week and a half and barely put any weight back on despite the festive period.
