I love it, it's exactly what I expected!

I love it, but I think the price is a bit excessive for what it is.

It's fine, although I'm not entirely convinced by the soundtrack.

It's okay, although I wouldn't have included the accessibility options (infinite lives, etc.).

I expected more from Ubisoft. They should have made some improvements, just like the fans did with Rayman Redemption.

I'm just going with it's possible. I don't feel like saying most certainly or no way without evidence to prove one or the other. :P

Considering that Beyond Good & Evil's world is gigantic I'd say that it's possible, but probably not especially likely.

While the mosquito(or was it moskito?) that appeared in BG&E was a nice Easter Egg, to me there's not enough evidence to prove whether they're both in the same universe or not, so I'll just say that it could be possible.

I still like the notion that Jano was born of the memory of a DomZified plum. :hap:

Now this kind of turn-out is what I like!

The next poll reflects a suggestion I've seen floating around, that maybe Rayman is a god, since he's so special and seems to be made of Lums.

I'm just gonna say yeah because anything is possible in The Glade Of Dreams at this stage, especially given all the twists and turns the story has taken.

Well, yeah, it could be because of the shine that the Lums that give off when he was created in Origins by the nymphs.

Well, there we have it – it's quite a popular notion!

Now, the next thing may require some explanation. A lot of us know that "Janod" is an alternative name for the "Psychlops" in Rayman Origins. But in L'histoire de Rayman, it's revealed that this one-eyed bouncy creature was first modelled during the development of Rayman 2, and they couldn't think of a name for it so they just called the model after Michaël Janod. And Jano, who appears in Rayman 2, is another bouncy one-eyed creature, with a similar name. Note also that in the Rayman 2 files they frequently abbreviated "-od" and "-eau" in names to "-o". Is it a coincidence?

I can't understand enough French to actually read L'histoire de Rayman, but going by how Phychlops has the alternative name Janod in Origins and how both of them have one eye, I'm going with yes. It seems very likely considering that Jano was in Rayman 2 and it's literally just taking the letter D away from Janod.

I concur, both creatures must've been named after Janod.

I've changed my vote from "No." to "Yes." because considering both the Cyclops and Jano have one eye, I think yes.

Looks like the answer's a resounding yes! These polls are turning out to be quite interesting.

Plums aren't that important, but I kinda feel like the Plums should return.

I went with I'm somewhat upset. It's not exactly the end of the world that plums weren't in the games, but they have been a huge part of the series from the beginning and I think it would have been nice if they had some sort of implementation in the UbiArt titles. At the very least, if they weren't going to fit in, it would be nice to be able to use them on the Livingstones heads just to bring back some nostalgia. :hap:

Well, in Rayman 1, 2 and 3 for example, they were necessary to progress through the game, but in Origins and Legends, you don't need them and I don't think they would fit in well with the design. I mean, Origins, maybe but Legends, nah. So, I went with "They won't fit in".

I can't really speak for Legends, but I would have liked to have seen plums in Rayman Origins when I played, but even though it's not in the final game, it's not going to deter me from loving Rayman. I'll go with slightly upset.

The reason you need them in the first 3 games is because the games were programmed with them in mind, while the UbiArt games weren't. I think it would have been nice if they were used in the jungle levels, but it's still not going to make me dislike the game.

Yeah, exactly. Also, yeah, I kinda agree with how they could've been used in the jungle levels.

I just thought about something. We done a poll a few months back about your favourite laser detergent, but maybe we should have done 2 separate ones. One would be your favourite power and the other would be which costume do you think looks the best (as in the colours, but it's unrelated to the actual power). I think that might have been better, as we had a lot of people choosing one for a power, but saying they liked the colours on others etc.
