I think Rayman does the "air guitar" right handed at the end of Dragon Slayer and Granny's World Tour.

Yeah they're the only ones. The others he plays air guitar in, he does so left handed. It's the same in the 8 bit versions of those levels, but since they're just different variants of the same stages, the answer is good enough.
