Does Rayman 2 Revolution run slow on a real PS2?

I was just checking out the PCSX2 forums when I saw a topic saying can your computer run PCSX2 fast enough or not. It said i7 processors with 2.66 GHz or greater will run at a reasonably good speed. It is sort of accurate but Rayman 2 Revolution runs slow in some areas. It might just be Rayman 2 Revolution. Oh and I forgot to paste the link! Also does Rayman 2 Revolution have controller rumble? Because my controller isn't vibrating in game. The PS1 port has vibration however, which I got working with my Dualshock 4 on ePSXe, so it's not my controller. It would be disappointing if this port didn't have controller rumble because that's pretty much the experience of the game for me.
