Why Czech and Hungarian did not appear in Rayman Legends

Post by Adamek2008 »

In Rayman Origins Czech and Hungarian appeared, and in Legends completely disappeared and I do not know why. I will say that I do not live in the Czech Republic or Hungary, but I am wondering. Does anyone know anything about their lack?

Perhaps because those languages were only included into the game's PC version in the first place?
The 360 version of Origins doesn't seem to have any changable language options in it (or at least I don't recall seeing it) and even if like other games it'd have the language options hidden away, connected to the console software's set language, well in that case Hungary doesn't have it's own 360 software language option anyway, so potentially enabling it that way is impossible.
I don't know anything about the Czech situation, but over here we've only got our localized version of Xbox Live in the last 4-5 years and Origins was released way before that. Croatia still doesn't have it's own Xbox Live afaik.

Hope that offered a little more information in the matter. I was surprised myself as well, when I got the 360 version of Origins and it only had English available.
Wanna know something even more interesting?
The PC demo of Origins had 4:3 support as well which got cut or at least disabled in the full game.
You can only play the full game with widescreen resolutions regardless of your monitor's properties. :P
