You have to go to "attachments" at the bottom of the advanced form and upload it. If it's below the file size limit it should be fine. The thumbnail won't be animated, but you can right click on it to get the URL and put that between img tags.

The tracks play when you face Axel in the Whale Bay at the end, when you face Foutch at the end of Beneath that Sanctuary of Rock and Lava, when you face the Henchman 800 at the end of the first phase of the Bayou and when you face the Ninjaws at the end of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire.

I hope I get that right.
