Re: Food
Lately I've been taking to skipping food more and more often, it's becoming quite unlike me. Just had some toast yesterday. Buttered toast.

Re: Food
Spicy/acidic/tangy foods can also contribute to heartburn so I'd definitely avoid those, as well as refrain from a lot of caffeine, mint, and chocolate.
Today I had salmon for dinner, in fact that's pretty much all i've eaten today aside from a couple of fruit & nut bars.

Re: Food
Heartburn has lately been anuisance for me, too, but for some unknown reason I only seem to get it from eggs.
Otherwise, I've always enjoyed almost every single kind of edible material there is. I don't necessarily have a favourite food - I just really enjoy eating, and especially trying new and exotic flavours! (In fact, I sometimes say "I could probably eat a pile of rocks" when people ask me what I'd like to eat, but every once in a while someone actually does bring me a pile of rocks, so saying that is perhaps not always the wisest thing to do.) On the past few weeks, some of the new foodstuffs I've tried include - but are not limited to - sea urchin, churros, endives, crocodile meat, truffles, and plum juice.

Re: Food
I've been getting pretty bad reflux for the past few years and really bad the last 2 years. I keep eating things I shouldn't and I know caffeine is bad, but if you try to take away my tea then you'll see something unleashed you never thought you'd see in me
I already know I should avoid spicy food, caffiene, chocolate, white bread etc. I've heard it all before and sticking to it while trying not to starve isn't that easy

Re: Food
I know how that feels, sometimes it can't be helped eating things you like eating even if it's not good for you.
I've been starving myself the past few days and it's definitely not fun.
Lols tea is love, tea is life!

Re: Food
Ohhhhh....ok I kinda get it now.
Well even though I have been starving myself I always eat one thing. But I think the lack of energy lately is really starting to take its toll on me.The Jonster wrote: I've been starving myself the past few days and it's definitely not fun.![]()
Re: Food
Having some Hortobágyi pancakes for lunch today and I love them since how we make them here in Hungary is we put meat inside of them (and also fry them of course) and we add onion to the meat to give it more flavor and it just tastes really good in my opinion. By the way we also wrap them around in like a rounded square shape unlike normal pancakes which we wrap around in a tube shape.

I got some chicken katsu for dinner today! Too bad it's cold and slightly soggy, but the sauce makes it still good! :D

A cheese sandwich sounds nice right about now. A grilled cheese!
