< suddenly got a pain in <'s leg. < thinks this is the worst pain from a cramp < has had.

< used to get them a lot, they're actually really horrible. < used to wake with them in the middle of the night.

< can see that now. This is the first one that came so suddenly, it really caused < a lot of pain for a few seconds.

< used to wake in agony with them, < isn't even sure why < was getting them.
