Re: How could we improve the portal?
This topic could be useful for suggestions possibly. so bump.
Re: How could we improve the portal?
OK then I suggest we ban Jonster for bumping this 9 year old thread when we could have just posted suggestions in off topic or better yet Any questions on this board? viewtopic.php?t=105
Maybe just deduct him 1 Quintilian Tings or better yet, I should get all of his Tings because I'm great

Re: How could we improve the portal?
Yeah, bumping this without posting an actual suggestion was totally uncalled for. You don't just randomly bump topics in the hope that someone will have something to say.
What sort of animal is a quintilian? Something with five legs?Steo wrote: Sat Nov 03, 2018 4:31 am Maybe just deduct him 1 Quintilian Tings or better yet, I should get all of his Tings because I'm great![]()
Re: How could we improve the portal?
Probably the massive spider about the size of my hand I seen in my room a few years ago that lost 3 legs when I stood on itHunchman801 wrote: Tue Nov 13, 2018 11:13 am What sort of animal is a quintilian? Something with five legs?
The funny thing is that it survived that and tried to run away with the 5 it had left and it was still like Speedy Gonzales

I think we're onto something. You should start a creepypasta about the quintilian like it's 2010.

Re: How could we improve the portal?
Plot twist: the quintilians have extremely advanced technology and have actually been keeping us in the Matrix since 2010.
Or maybe it's just a fantastical name for a horse corpse someone found on a wild night online.

I love how one of my typos can turn into something big on this forum. Banter is always nice
I just have reptilian in my head now and I'm trying to think of some sort of 5 legged creature that isn't that poor spider

Re: How could we improve the portal?
I kinda miss the portal calendar, though it clearly never served much purpose.
Re: How could we improve the portal?
I forgot about the quintilian, good times!

Re: How could we improve the portal?
That's a weird amount of legs for sure.
Re: How could we improve the portal?
We should have made a novel on the quintillian.

Re: How could we improve the portal?
It was fun, but it was annoying that events had a time associated with them as well as a date. Everyone just ignored the time and put them at 00:00 in their own time zone, which meant the date could be wrong for others (or even for the same person when DST ends!).Hunchman801 wrote: Sat Aug 24, 2019 1:30 am I kinda miss the portal calendar, though it clearly never served much purpose.

True that, calendars are never easy to manage anyway!

Re: How could we improve the portal?
On a completely unrelated note, maybe I should add this to my collection. It would be a nice counterbalance to:
Re: How could we improve the portal?
I used to have quotes in mine too and one was Hunch talking about Windows 10, though I removed them when deton complained that my sig was too big for some reason.

Re: How could we improve the portal?
I think it was actually MLII's idea originally to use screenshots with an image-rotator to have multiple quotes without taking up real-estate. I just took the idea and ran with it.

I must have been complaining about the ranking of some of our pages, for sure.
