Being serious though, the part in Rayman 2 on The Canopy. On the Dreamcast at least, I find the part hilarious where Globox says he's not afraid, then Rayman tells him it's OK to be scared. After that, he walks a few steps, sees the airship and just goes AAAAAAAAAHHH! Then sprints off to hide.

For me the funniest moment is when Razorbeard forces the Spyglass Pirate to swim in lava, especially in the PlayStation version with the European Spanish dub.
