How's the weather?

I've heard a lot of talk about a hurricane the past few days. It's supposed to be reaching us tonight.

The hurricane was nowhere near as bad as the last one. Still, I left work early on Thursday and WebExed into three meetings from the dining room, and then strolled in an hour later than usual the next morning.

There was basically nothing here at all despite all the warnings. Nothing even happened, and people were just making jokes about how "bad" the hurricane was. Someone was like "there were 2 leaves in my driveway this morning, I could've been killed".

It was supposed to rain today, but I didn't hear any tbh. Tomorrow will be pretty cold so I might go out and get some walking done.

Same here. I get this weather whenever it is December. This gives me a reason to bathe in hot water.

It's been freezing here lately, then it was fairly mild for a few days, then it's gone back to absolutely freezing again the past couple of days.

Pretty normal weather, although a couple days ago I found brown pollen on my car. Never seen that kind of pollen before lol

And now it's snowing, it kind of reminds me of 2 years back when I was new here.

Snow at 17:10 today made me realize I'd better get home from work before it got any more dangerous. The winds have been unsettlingly noisy for the past few days, and I was quite shocked on my way home when I saw lightning strike some distance away, exactly in the direction I was driving in! The perfect backdrop for what the pundits are calling a "cataclysmic" election result.

Today? Cold with scattered showers. It's going to be a supposedly drizerable day today, but tbh I actually like cold weather, and I find rain calming so it's not really gonna be that way for me.

The strong winds are shaking my old metal shutters all night and I can't sleep with that noise.

The wind moved on from here yesterday and the snow was only temporary too. That doesn't mean it won't start snowing in Spring though knowing this place.
