The bosses and enemies look 'artistically' impressive (just like everything else).

This is like what they did for Rayman 2 by making Rayman Revolution. But this time, it is all Rayman 1.

To be honest, I would like to observe a walkthrough or a playthrough for this creation.

If it is possible, I could try it out. And if I am feeling confident enough about it due to the fact that I never had the courage to play Rayman 1, I could decide to stream it?

It'll be a nice welcome addition to Rayman since Ubisoft doesn't seem to have any intention of doing anything with Rayman at the moment..
