Rayman on Windows 10 Store

Ok so, I just bought the win10 version of Jungle Run that was up for 2,99€ (I know I know but, 64bit, controller support, bigger screen), downloaded and it works fine, the problem is, I have that "20 new levels!" screen after the 5th world and I cannot download the rest of the game, clicking on it just opens Xbox Companion home, nothing else. I guess they put the new levels as a free dlc and now they took it down, but why if the game it's still for sale?
Also, it seems that I can't buy Fiesta Run win10 neither. I tried from the Store on pc, from browser, from mobile, it just says:
"Unable to purchase
Purchase this content is not allowed on this device.
App-ExclusivityFailed"
and some error code. I tried to contact Ubisoft for support, but "In light of the current situation, we are temporarily limiting our support only to live chat." and "The chat service is not currently available. Please choose another type of support.", so I'm pretty much stuck lol, any suggestion, other than the fact that I just wasted 3 euros for an incomplete game?

Sounds like Ubisoft figured out some sort of Maths to turn "[C]OVID-19" into "[C]atch-22". Maybe it's the same Maths by which Michel determined Rayman's next adventure will be his "fourth".

More seriously, I'm afraid I don't really know how to help. "AppExclusivityError" sounds like trying to install something for ARM on x86 or vice-versa, but if you get the same thing on mobile, it sounds more likely that Ubisoft screwed it up.

Either that or Windows Store problems, it's not the first time I have problems with that store, but it usually was just a pc store problem. I guess I'll just wait until Ubisoft decide to reopen its support service.

Well, according to Windows Store, Rayman Fiesta Run's required architecture is "x86, ARM", while Jungle Run's is simply "x86". I don't know if this is the cause, and Windows Store doesn't let me download the free trial, to see if it would run for me (I keep clicking on the button, but nothing happens....) It does let me start the download of Jungle Run though, so my guess is, it's a compatibility issue.

The downloads for Rayman Jungle Run only work on Windows 8 due to it relying on an outdated API for that.
Regarding Fiesta Run, there used to be 3 editions available on the Windows Store, but Ubisoft sadly removed two of them only leaving the Preload Edition (which is ARM only, except for the demo oddly enough).

Do you think if I download Jungle Run + the 20 new levels on a win8 and transfer all the data over to win10, it'll work or it's all encrypted and wouldn't work?
Guess for Fiesta Run I'm stuck with the patched apk, shame tho it doens't have HD textures and 60fps, but
I don't have many choices.

It'd probably be difficult transferring it, yeah. I attempted it once, but I couldn't even get into the Xbox app on Windows 8 anymore for some reason. Maybe we're just out of luck at this point.
I should also note the PC versions are not any higher quality than the mobile ones. In fact they're slightly lower quality as the textures are compressed.

Theoretically it's possible to install any EAppx installation file via PowerShell on Windows 10.
It can be gathered via Fiddler during download of the game in Store, so if still someone has access to it in Store and still can download it, it might be shared.
