If they felt like it, they could have definitely made a port of Revolution by now that actually runs decently. I recall Revolution being on PS3 if you used the store, and same with Rayman 1 (which also works from the disc). The problem is there's a lot of input lag, and you can only play the PAL version unless you have a modded PS3.

Come to think of it, I wonder what the US version of it would run like on my modded one...

I suppose they didn't see the point in re-releasing multiple versions of Rayman 2 each they decided to port it to a new platform, and chose the original version instead of Revolution.

Apparently, Raycarrot has discovered that Mr. Dark will be returning in a new game mode named Mr. Dark's Garden where he will give the player challenges to compete.

Is it supposed to be a reference to Betilla's Garden from Rayman Junior?
Plus, I see Mr. Dark with a quill and a scroll on an image... It's magic stuff and everything but... Reference to the Magic Book of Knowledge? Or to Andrew's "magic formula"?
Maybe I extrapolate too much...

I can't believe they brought him back! His new design is so great! They even stayed consistent with the fact that he is limbless! I wish all the Ubi Art games did that with all the characters from Rayman 1...
But why... why did it have to be for a game like Rayman Mini? Really, I would have liked Origins and Legends a lot more if they featured a great antagonist like him. That's such a waste. :'(

Yeah, it is surprising hearing all these new updates for Rayman after not getting them for so long, and especially them bringing back Mr. Dark from Rayman 1 was amazing. I'm glad we got at least this, that design is awesome!

It was also an excellent choice for them to do this for a UbiArt game especially, and also with that design and everything about him in general just really makes me feel like he's very much suitable for a UbiArt game.

I would like to see a game which uses this exact art style. I like how the characters have personalities in it, Globox is even scared just like he would have been originally. I do wish it was a main series game that Mr. Dark returned in though, or at least a game I can play...

I think the comeback of Mr.Dark is teasing a new rayman game, even if ubisoft "officially" says no.
I don't think they bring him back just for this update...
