The level's name is not given in the game itself, but is mentioned in one of the files on the disc.
Don't Trample the Flowers is correct anyway, though I do find it strange that the name doesn't actually appear in game.

I think checkpoint lums are still green in R3 GBA. White ones are extra lives.

Oh, this is easy, cause I just replayed some parts of that awfulness recently.
It's Rivers of Murk and Bog of Murk. Though I'm not entirely sure what the order is.

There are actually 3 levels in consecutive order. Pretty sure it's Dungeon of Murk, then Rivers of Murk, and finally Bog of Murk.
