Egg Thread

I haven't had poached very often, though I admit I do like them.

Either way I’m definitely going to make eggs tomorrow. I want to improve my scrambled recipe.

I had fried eggs this morning. Delicious, nutritious. Fast and easy to cook and clean up.

I usually throw butter in along with the cheese

Also yeah the cleanup is always easy for me when it comes to cooking eggs.

Well there's only another 7 hours if I can manage, it's a lot less than when I was staring at my phone at 7am thinking wow time is going so slow.

I kind of like any eggs, but there's something I like about just having a fried one on a sandwich. Probably the least healthy egg but unhealthy things always taste good.

I don't think I've ever tried that, I'm curious now!

I never tried it but my sister had it when we vacationed in Hawaii for a wedding. I think it was a fried egg on a burger steak over rice with gravy over the top.

Haha I guess I was thinking it randomly when you said "egg in burger".

I think my usual go-to is a fried egg with crispy white and a runny yolk. But of all the eggs I've eaten the very best has to be my gran's scrambled eggs. They're almost more butter than egg! Think I might make some for breakfast

Easter eggs are lovely when they're chocolate.

I like seasoning my eggs with salt and pepper before cooking in butter, then after scrambling I slightly undercook and add in more butter at the end

Decided it would be funny to revive this thread for rd i think sunny side up does it for me, but I love a scrambled egg too
