+ It turns out the hurricane really didn’t leave any impact in the area at all. Not sure about where my sister and mom were working last night, but otherwise I’m glad nothing happened.

- They kept the GPU in the same Amazon facility for 30 hours.

+ On a brighter note, I had done some experimenting with the Pi. It's interesting that it's Debian based, and it's probably a good thing I learned a lot about Linux in that case.

These aren't really minuses of today, but earlier if that's ok. So...

- I have been locked out of my Discord account for quite a while now with the 2FA that I set up on my old device that's needed, which I now lost unexpectedly, since I did something that destroyed my old phone (I don't actually want to get to how I did it since it's a bit embarrassing really). All of that meaning I lost all data on my previous device, which is the reason I can't sign back in to my Discord anymore. The QR code which is supposed to log me in instantly is now worthless since that of course, works with the 2FA code.

- And, to add insult to injury, unlike with most other social medias, with Discord, there aren't more options you have to get back into your account in ways other than contacting support like verification through SMS, email etc. so now I must pray to the lords at Discord to recover my account and disable 2FA for me if that's even possible.

I do hope you can recover it, but normally you can do so via a backups password which 2FA normally uses. At worst come to worst you can still make a new account, the only annoying thing is having to add all your friends again and join all the servers you want etc.

- That's where the problem lies and I think I might be screwed because of it since I set up two-factor auth. with an app and that "rotates" the security key.

- I actually thought I would have to make a new account after this myself, and what sucks about that is exactly what you said.

+ With the servers though, I actually did use to be in a lot of them, though I left those servers because I realised I didn't like them that much because they were filled with the regular random messages in the chat that I can't contribute to. The only servers I'm actually a part of that I value is the old Rayman Together server and the new one, so it's not like I lost that much.

Normally 2FA authentication apps will have a backups password when you login, which should decrypt your accounts so you can retrieve those keys again. I guess it depends on which method you used though.

Oh, you mean backup codes? I didn't download nor print those backup codes from my Google Authenticator on my old phone since I didn't even know that was an option to begin with, so now that option is gone unfortunately.

- Yeah, looks like I'm not getting my account back unless Discord can somehow turn off 2FA on my account which, I don't even think they can do and that sounds like a stretch so I have to make a new account at this point. Not that there's a problem with that, it's just that I'm gonna have to add all my previous friends to my friend list again which will be a bit of an annoyance but, especially at this point, anything's worth it if that means I can finally get around this issue.

+ I learned a couple different ways to include a Jquery script into my HTML file. I learned something new today at least, since I didn't study longer than 30-60 minutes.
- I was going to go back to my regular spot for more studying but it's late already and I feel tired anyway.

- I need to fix LFS at some stage, and there's a chance I might have to start over depending on how bad installing KDE in /usr actually was.

Aww no, that sounds rough! Hope you can fix the issues and you don’t have to resort to starting from scratch.

+ Spent the weekend off from homework and job searching, I feel ready to start again.
+ I just realised that Desmume actually plays faster for me if it’s not in fullscreen.

- My new phone (Redmi 4) is a good phone, don't get me wrong, but it has way too little storage. Only 16 GB while my old phone (Honor 8A) had 32, but that one became short-circuited, meaning the motherboard broke.

- We also couldn't afford a fix for it at the time because we had to buy a new couch, so now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't install everything onto that I want since I constantly have to sacrifice apps for other apps and whose battery can't manage a day without having to charge it in the afternoon or something. My old phone was much better in these aspects, but luckily, I don't have to wait that much to be able to get a new phone with more storage since my parents are getting paid next month.

+ So far I’m halfway through my todos project. All I have left is mostly styling at this point and the function to add todos to the list.
+ There’s an optional project after this one, and I’m inclined to do this at the same time while working on my first backend classes too so this should be good.
