I do remember playing SA a long time ago, and I do have a Dreamcast to play it again eventually.

One reason I want to get a DC is that game. Also R2.

I never thought about a crossover like that (what kind of game would that be?). I'm not opposed to it, but I would prefer a crossover between Rayman and Mario.

I only ever played the first M&S at the Olympic Games on DS, it was fun. I'd like to try the others sometime if I can.

I talked about it once back in, like, 2013 or something? But I wonder if anyone here has checked out Sonic Robo Blast 2 as of late. They recently had a massive update that overhauled the game, with remade levels and visuals all over. The game itself has managed to pick up a lot of new fans, and the community is growing bigger and bigger, as well as the amount of mods (custom characters, levels, etc.) being made. If you haven't already, you should check it out!

Sonic Unleashed (PS2) was the only Sonic game I owned that I liked a lot.
I even considered to try Shadow the Hedgehog and another PS2 Sonic game I forgot the title of.

The only other PS2 game I can think of for Sonic is Sonic Heroes.

Curiously I don’t think I’ve ever finished a 3D Sonic game with 100% (though I’ve tried). The closest I’ve come so far was with the Adventure games but there’s that one thing in each that hinders me (mission 53 in SA, Hard missions in SA2).

Crossover between Sonic and Rayman has IMO more potential than with Mario. Both Sonic and Rayman are similar character wise though there are some differences that could make interesting dynamic, not to mention, the gameplay possibilities, imagine Sonic going through some of Rayman based levels while Rayman through Sonic's, seeing them fight each other would also be a sight to behold.

And also, has Sonic IDW comic been brought up here before? It's currently on it's 35th issue and I'm enjoying it so far, I especially like how mature it can be at times, it's definetely a good stepping stone from "kiddy", slam bang stories of current games.

My personal favorite Sonic games are the Adventure games and Generations. I've heard Mania's good, but haven't gotten around to buying it.

How unfortunate that Sonic 3D Blast Flickies Island Sega Genesis/Mega Drive(just only as an exclusive) unofficially had finished Director's Cut/Deluxe(this is how Sonic Adventure was named re-released on PC in 2004 in Japan) by Jon Storm from Traveller's Tales as rom digital cartridge open source re-release. I wish it could be converted, ported to Microsoft PC Windows 95/98 and Sega Saturn too. It should have local & online multiplayer modes game mods support too such as RTS,MOBA,MMORPG isometric videogame genres nowadays, these days.

When I saw this thread, I had to type something (ya know, SILVERfan2020 :fou2: )! My favourite is Sonic Gens, but I have a soft spot for SA1 and 3&K too.

I'm just curious why it shows that he last edited the post when he did since there are no more posts after that other than this post. Could one of them been deleted? Did it used to show if you edited a post without newer posts being made? :?:

Anyways, are any of you interested in Sonic Frontiers? Are any of you gonna get it?

Probably because they were still on mod preview when that edit was made, so it had to be approved. Either that or, as you say, there was another post after that one when the edit was made. (The log shows you deleted one around that time…)

The log probably shows that I deleted about 10 posts every month.
