So it looks like there will be a Category 4 Hurricane Laura making landfall tonight. Thankfully not directly on me but there will probably still be tropical storm warning over here tonight and tomorrow morning. Hope the power doesn’t go out.

Was cloudy and a bit colder earlier this morning, but right now it's the usual hotness.

There was a thunderstorm this afternoon. Finally had some rain and wind but it is calm for the night. The clouds should be moody later on, if I am lucky of course.

Still sunny as usual, but it's starting to get just a little bit colder these days. A good sign that fall is coming. :D

It is sunny and partly cloudy but I am pretty sure that I was hearing thunder going off even though there are clear skies and broad daylight.

Just got woken up by -2 degree wind flying in my window - It's cloudy, windy and below freezing, wooh! It's supposed to rain too. Getting ready to hear about all the black ice accidents tomorrow morning.

All I know is that it's been really cold out lately, but then suddenly today it seems to have been much warmer out of nowhere considering it's 13ºC now in the evening while it's dark.

It’s 84 F at the moment, but maybe that might be bc of the sun, as there are still a few breezes that make the area relatively cool.

There's some snow on the ground and they have forecast 5-7cm of it by the end of the night.

Maybe Ollie can explain it better and in more simple terms. :P

We had a bit of snow overnight, so it was pretty cold earlier. The snow was light though, and it wasn't cold enough for it to stay for long. It's still quite cold now, though.

It's just been extremely cold. There was snow the other day, but aside from that, just really cold to the stage where even the house gets cold if the heating is off for a couple of hours.

Apparently sunny and cold tomorrow, perfect weather for a long winter hike! I've just got to plan my route tonight. :)

Mainly stuff like -3ºC, cold enough to need a hoodie on if the heating was off for a few hours. :P

I bet it was! On Saturday I went for a nice 25-km hike and it was like -6ºC when I started, quite refreshing to say the least.

It hasn't been as cold in the past couple of days, either that or the wind has been blowing in the opposite direction.

So last week the U.S had quite an Arctic chill so it was much colder than usual last week, down to freezing temps. It even snowed one day which is really bizarre for winter, let alone February (I guess February is the new December? Lol).
