Re: Pizza
Never had the brand R4Y showed but I had a similar one, Hot/Lean Pockets!

Re: Pizza
I have never heard of this brand. If it's like the ones here, then I'm sure it's great.

Re: Pizza
A thick crust is nice. A lot of pizzas I've tasted have a flimsy crust lately.

Re: Pizza
I don't mind a slightly edge burnt crust although if the crust itself is burned that's not so great.

Re: Pizza
Yeah if the cheese is crispy I'll still eat it, not when it's too burnt though.

Parmesan crisps on pizza would be curious though!

Re: Pizza
So the other day I attempted to make a stuffed crust pizza. In Tesco they sell a ready made dough so I decided to give it a try, it was like £2.50 for two servings. The mozzarella I used to do the stuffing with got mushy and I think in future I should get it on the tray before topping as it got rather fragile and messy but after they were cooked, they came out pretty good. I'd love to get to the point of making pizza right from scratch but using that dough was a great start.

Re: Pizza
It's certainly not easy without a proper pizza oven, though of course some people are clearly better at it than others. My dad makes pretty good pizza in a standard oven.
