I never really had a problem with them to begin with. I am happy for the success in their own series and their continued success with Mario apparently.

Re: Do you like Rayman RR ?
I love the first RR for its' unique atmosphere compared to the other ones in the series, though I'm fairly certain I've played all the rest too, even the Java one! I enjoyed the GBA one quite a lot even if our copy gets a little funky in the last level if the disco costume is used...I'm not sure why.
I got RR1 on Steam and marathoned it in one whole day sitting, if that gives you idea on how much I enjoy punting crazy bunnies into the sun. I appreciate it for what it is, just a big crazy mess of awesome. It has that twisted mid-2000s vibe to it, and the runny paint and shadowy spirals was a cool menu/HUD aesthetic. Plus I like the little things Rayman does when you unlock new stuff.

Re: Do you like Rayman RR ?
Had a rocky beginning with it, an aunt got me it for chirstmas because she knew I liked Rayman. Had the nerve to say "That's not a real Rayman game!" Because I was a rude little kid who played RM3 and RM Arena like the world was gonna end. (I got RM1 and a lot of different RM2's later.)
Then I actually tried it since I had to make sure it worked.
It wasn't a platformer, it wasn't really a Rayman game, but it was hilarious and crazy fun. Needless to say it won me over that christmas, and I own plenty of RRR games now. Still gotta get back to Rabbids go home, it's a lot funnier since Chronic and I made the custom rabbids look like Rayman, Dark Rayman and the Magician.
Rayman sits in the shopping cart, Dark Rayman pushes it since he's always trailing Rayman's path anyways, and the Magician can be fired from anywhere to zap people's clothes off. It's a riot. (On the other hand, marathoning RRR TV party was a really bad idea. A fun bad idea.)

I don't think I've ever owned the game, I only remember playing it once for an hour or so at Raylex's place. The Jonster wrote: Sun Aug 22, 2021 12:55 am I still never finished the first RRR game that I have on GOG![]()
I especially liked the content from the cancelled Rayman 4 projects. And the game isn't bad, just not that great either. The Jonster wrote: Sun Aug 22, 2021 12:55 am I have played the GBA version of RRR, and that was pretty good. Wasn't as great as R3 GBA, but still pretty alright.
Yeah, I'd love to see a video of that!
