Depending on your settings, you may not notice any performance hit unless your FPS is unlocked (it causes some glitches is certain cases in Rayman 3) and GTX 1070 is also probably powerful enough to handle 60FPS with RTGI and few other shadows in this old game anyway.
As a better reference e.g. I'd downclock the GPU to a point where it achieves performance of GTX 660/R9 270, which are decent entry level GPUs below which I wouldn't even start to fiddle with any Reshade presets.
Anyway, I wonder whether DXGI works only thanks to this new introduced feature for DX9 games, or maybe it worked before for games using wrappers like dgVoodoo, which translate old API calls to DX11 iirc.

Im having a problem with reshade installed the UI seems to be all weird.
i have better rayman 3 installed for the wide screen.

Set your refresh rate to no more than 100Hz.

32 bit fix is only for Glide.
