Oh nice, these fit all the values I had written for each level. The lowest score I had gotten on Melee Mayhem was 18030 points, and that was from not comboing at all and collecting everything one at a time, so yeah I don't think I could have gotten a score lower than 16000 points.dr_st wrote: Sun Jun 05, 2022 12:29 am The stamp scores are stored in the RHR GBA ROM as 3 consecutive unsigned 16-bit integers, little endian, starting from address 0xE92EC, with an offset of 40 bytes (probably part of a 40-byte struct describing various other level data).
Here is the raw dump of just the stamp score data (I got rid of everything in between):
Running it through this online hex converter gives the following decimal values:Code: Select all
B8 0B 88 13 40 1F --- 88 13 28 23 B0 36 --- 58 1B B0 36 38 4A --- 00 00 00 00 00 00 88 13 F8 2A 80 3E --- F8 2A 50 46 90 65 --- 00 00 00 00 00 00 --- 58 1B E0 2E 08 52 10 27 F0 55 30 75 --- 40 1F 80 3E D8 59 --- E0 2E 90 65 10 A4 --- 00 00 00 00 00 00 E0 2E 90 65 10 A4 --- 10 27 F0 55 E8 80 --- 00 00 00 00 00 00 --- E0 2E 50 46 60 6D E0 2E 50 46 60 6D --- F8 2A 80 3E 90 65 --- E0 2E 50 46 60 6D --- 10 27 98 3A F0 55
Cross-referencing from the values currently on the wiki (which I assume to be correct for 3 stamps), I guess the order of levels this corresponds to:Code: Select all
3000 5000 8000 --- 5000 9000 14000 --- 7000 14000 19000 --- 0 0 0 5000 11000 16000 --- 11000 18000 26000 --- 0 0 0 --- 7000 12000 21000 10000 22000 30000 --- 8000 16000 23000 --- 12000 26000 42000 --- 0 0 0 12000 26000 42000 --- 10000 22000 33000 --- 0 0 0 --- 12000 18000 28000 12000 18000 28000 --- 11000 16000 26000 --- 12000 18000 28000 --- 10000 15000 22000
The Fairy Council --- Clearleaf Forest --- Clearleaf Falls --- The Infernal Machine
Dungeon of Murk --- Bog of Murk --- Begoniax Bayou --- Rivers of Murk
Hoodlum Moor --- Land of the Livid Dead --- Menhirs of Power --- Pit of Endless Fire
Clouds of Peril --- Heart of the World --- Reflux's Lair --- Scalding Cascade
Vertiginous Riddle --- Mélée Mayhem --- Cloudy Cache --- Sulphurous Sea

Awesome, thank you so much for looking into that! I will try to update the level template soon so that we can display all this information.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I am currently playing Democratica 4, a great simulation game where you can manage your government and create laws.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
In the past couple days I haven't really had time to play games, but prior to it I'd been playing Stardew Valley with my partner a lot, and also tried this game called It Takes Two, though we haven't really gotten into that too much as of yet. I was playing Ark a lot too at one point but it's been some time since we have.

Got a buncha cool games during the Steam sale and I've been working through 'em one by one. Lately I've been trying "Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus?" which is an FMV type game where your choices have consequences. Pretty cool, even if I have hit a roadblock lol

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Playing it with Dreamcast models and textures for the first time thanks to mods made it even better!
I still have Rayman Rush, but my copy is super glitchy now! ^^'
I also have to finish recording my Casual playthrough of Rayman Redemption for my bonus channel.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I played through the Solus Project earlier this week, but I didn't even attempt to get all the secrets or anything like that. I also played on Normal rather than Hard, I don't think I could take a survival game on Hard just yet…

I have recently playing Pac-Man World 3 on the PS2 and I have also been doing the online challenges in Rayman Legends on Wii U lately because of it going down in a few months.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've recently started playing the "Chess Titans" game that came with Windows 7 again, using a VM that's been lying dormant for years. It's on the Intermediate level, and I only very occasionally manage to beat the computer.
I have a book on Chess that my grandad gave me years ago, I should try to dig that out…

Why do you need a virtual machine? Are you using a newer computer or Linux or something?PluMGMK wrote: Mon Jul 25, 2022 10:14 pm I've recently started playing the "Chess Titans" game that came with Windows 7 again, using a VM that's been lying dormant for years.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Well, both. I had Win7 on my old PC before 2014, and when I built my new one I just installed Linux and backed up that old Win7 installation into a VM!arnoldfranklin wrote: Tue Jul 26, 2022 1:11 am Why do you need a virtual machine? Are you using a newer computer or Linux or something?
