Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
Yeah, I've been feeling a bit paranoid about AI recently (will talk more about that in other topics), here is other rabbid enemy I made:

Yeah, Dalle Mini has the fame of producing very disturbing imagery. And talking about disturbing, here is a rabbid character that I edited to look a bit like the leader rabbid that appears in one of the early trailers for RRR.

She looks lonely, but also gives off a don't-mess-with-me vibe…

Yeah, I wanted her to look serious (the Silent Hill vibe that I asked the AI definitely helped). Here is another female rabbid (inspired by those enemies from the Mario + Rabbids games):

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
Not bad at all!
Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
Oh this is a cool topic, I actually had an idea for something like this from over 7 years ago.
Name: Patchwork Zombie
Species: Black Lum, other
Gender: Male I guess
Personality: Deceitful
Role: Villain
Aspect: Fluctuates depending on disguise
Skills: A master of disguise, the Patchwork Zombie can sneak into enemy compounds entirely unnoticed. This is because the Patchwork Zombie is, in the simplest way of describing it, a Black Lum inside a stitched-up corpse. Of course, there are casualties in every battle, and as Hoodlums are keen on recycling and fur is a precious resource, sometimes alternate methods are required. From inside the body, the Black Lum has limited control over the deceased critter's motor functions, allowing them to walk around and move their arms with some success.
History: Okay so long story short I found this guy on DeviantArt who did a small bunch of Doctor Who things for some kind of project. Basically there were four kinds of soldiers in each faction - yer standard troops, the heavy artillery, the quick but weak ones and I guess a more 'human' variety...and young me got the idea to make versions of these for different groups in the Glade - namely Robo-Pirates, Hoodlums, Rabbids, Knaaren and Teensies. This is an original concept I made from trying to make a more 'human' (or less Hoodlum) version of a Hoodlum trooper. Someday I'll draw it...

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
Interesting idea. Considering that the hoodlums can become things like the Lavomatrixes (which are made of machines and cannons), I would not be surprised if the black lums can control Robo-Pirates that have stopped functioning. In fact, I think Master Kaag would have been able to create a very powerful machine with the remains that the Robo-Pirates left.

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
A Black Lum zombie? Sounds terrifying! At least until you realize it's not infectious and Black Lums are mostly idiots. Then it's not quite so terrifying (but I guess it still would be if you didn't have Rayman's powers…)

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
I always wondered why there are not more Black Lums with arms like André, what makes him special considering he was just a regular Black Lum?, however I guess it is better for André if most of his troops are not very inteligent, they're easier to control.

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
I think it's because he was created by true fear instead of just being zapped, that's what makes him special. But there could be other "special" ones out there. In fact, when I was a kid I imagined a much bigger hierarchy of Black Lums, with André only being in the second layer from the bottom. I think that was before I finished the game and saw how he was actually formed though

Re: Fan-Made Rayman Enemies, Creatures
I wonder what happens when you try to scare other types of lums; a silver lum could turn into a hoodlum with the ability to grant powers to others of its kind.
Also, I was thinking about enemies that have no physical form, that only appear as shadows in dreams, slowly weakening the people that dream with them, who after some time start seeing the shadow creatures also during the day, driving them insane.
Edit: for some reason, the site doesn't accept images from Dalle Mini/Craiyon, so I have to convert them with Paint.

Who made that? Noseless Rayman is as about as scary as a Care Bear compared to Slender Globox!

I used an AI to generate some kind of humanoid frog, and after that I edited the image.Hunchman801 wrote: Fri Sep 23, 2022 3:12 pm Who made that? Noseless Rayman is as about as scary as a Care Bear compared to Slender Globox!![]()

What happens if you just ask for "Slender Globox"?
